Where are you located?


We have seven(7) corporate locations across Ontario - London, Windsor, Kitchener, Hamilton, St. Catharines, Chatham, & Barrie - and 150+ dealers nationwide. A dealer is an independent retailer authorized to provide rentals through Collins. See our locations page for more information




Do you rent or sell suits and tuxedos?


All of the above; we sell and rent both suits and tuxedos. In January 2019, we introduced an exclusive program called 'Love It or Lease It' allowing you to purchase your rental at any point during the process and apply money put toward the rental to the purchase.




Do you have suits for children?


Yes. We have toddler sales up to three-months and rentals starting at size three(considered three years) in a select range of styles.




When can I pick-up my rental?


You can expect your tuxedo or suit rental to be ready two(2) days before your event. Pick-Up time is after 4pm. During a particularly busy season (such as the last week in June), some rentals may not be ready until one(1) day before your event. If there are any issues when you try-on your outfit, we will fix it before your event.




When do I have to return my rental?


Your tuxedo or suit rental is due one business day day after your event.




Can I keep my rental longer?


Yes, you can keep your rental for up to one week for an extra 25% of your total rental cost.




Can I return my rental to another location?


Yes. You are welcome to drop off your suit or tuxedo to any Collins Location. If it's a dealer location, we just need to be alerted ahead of time to make the appropriate arrangements.




How far in advance do I need to get measured?


The sooner the better, but in cases of late planning we still have you covered - which means, in an emergency, we can suit you up just hours before the event. Come in at least eight(8) days before the event to avoid a rush fee.




How long does it take to get fitted for my suit or tuxedo?


The measurement process takes about 10 minutes. Once styles have been selected, the measurements are the easy part!




How far in advance should I book my wedding party?


It's never too soon and it's never too late! Booking at least 60 days before the event date ensures you take advantage of awesome promotions and secures your styles for the special day. Early booking also allows for plenty of time to fine tune details, additional accessories, or custom items. Late bookings may result in limited style selections and lost discounts.




Does every one in my group need to come in at the same time to get measured?


No. They can come in to any location at their convenience. Anywhere that sells the Collins Formal Wear brand can take and submit your measurements. Find a location or dealer near me.




When do I pick up my tuxedo?


Typically, two(2) days before your event date is the final fitting and pick-up day. Everything will be ready after 4pm. If your event is on a Saturday, everything will be ready Thursday after 4pm. When you come in, you'll try on your outfit to ensure the perfect fit. Anything less than perfect will be fixed prior to the big day. Any balance owing on the individual's account must be paid in full before the garments leave the store.




When do I return my Tuxedo


Garments must be returned on the first business day after your event. If you need to keep your outfit longer, you can have it for up to one week(7 days) for an extra 25% of your total rental cost.
